Return Policy Details
The customer has the right to return or exchange the product within 100 days from the date of receiving the product in the following cases:
1- If he opens it, tastes it and does not like it, he has the right to return it and we will refund him the full amount, even if he eats all the honey.
2- If there is another honey with a higher quality than Asaloun honey.
3- If he does not feel the benefit and positive effect on his health despite his regular consumption of honey.
4 - If he finds that the quality of the product he received is not worth the amount he paid for it.
5- If he is not satisfied with the product for any reason.
The customer also has the right to request compensation or replacement in the event that the product arrives damaged or harmed as a result of the delivery process, or in the event that the wrong product arrives, provided that the objection is made within 100 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Return Terms:
The only condition for a return is that it must be within 100 days from the date of purchase.
Refund method:

2- We will provide you with the full address of Asal Asaloun to resend the remaining products in the package to us via the shipping company through which the order was delivered.
3- After verifying the arrival of the products, the product will be replaced or the amount will be returned to your account within a maximum period of 3 days.
Cancellation Terms :
In case of cancellation request after the order has been shipped, the amount paid will be refunded within a maximum period of 3 working days after the remaining products in the package are returned to Asaloun warehouses.
The customer has the right to return it once. If he does not like the product the first time and we refund his money, there is no point in him buying it again and then returning it a second time.
